Thankfulness and praise

My mouth will tell of your righteousness, of your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure. I will come and proclaim your mighty acts, O Sovereign LORD; I will proclaim your righteousness, yours alone. Psalm 71:15-16

eternal friendships

singing along with Fernando Ortega singing to Jesus

Peace

praying miles apart with hands and hearts joined in spirit

our first taste of gelato

floating in the pool, choosing to let go and relax

children's whispers and splashes of fun

sharing new time with old friends

hugs

homes filled with sounds of the orchestra of lives fully engaged

Sitting too close,
coffee in hand,
listening... hanging on every word

children's silhouettes as they are off to explore,
their laughter,
their adventures,
their joy,
their smiles,
their stories,
their timelessness

hearing him sing sincerely - with earphones in

soundly sleeping seven-year-old boys

birthday boys and their joys

friends who freely give

tow headed boys running through the house, sharing their toys

labradors swimming in ponds (and returning safely)

beautiful curls on beautiful girls

family reunions

Freedom

chocolate and strawberry milkshakes made with love

see-you-laters instead of good-byes

homes quiet, filled with the silence of restfulness

my Redeemer, my Comforter, the Lover of my soul

  3. I love the see you laters, especially when we said goodbye to a nation that we loved, moving back to the US.

Delighted to meet you. Hope you don't mind if I splash around a bit. This looks like a refreshing place to slip off my shoes and soak in thankfulness alongside you.

    Splashing,
    Sara
