Multitude Monday

i am forever grateful, forever counting His gifts (from my 1200's)

i'm thankful a friend and neighbor told our little loves in celebration of their birthdays she'd take them for their first roller skating adventure. we had a blast - falling here, there, and everywhere :}

girl love, Ms. Teresa, boy love (a well hydrated perspirer :), and the mommy who hadn't skated in 24 years

boy love making strides

did i mention ten-year-old girl love is only two inches shy of me?!

from the plants out back
monarchs & queens - collected, observed, fed, and set free

thinking on this quote from Archbishop William Temple:
"Your religion is what you do with your solitude."

gerber daisies on the kitchen table

butterfly books from the library

a swimming pool in the back yard

writing Juliette's favorite Bible verse on the dry erase easel
the moment it caught her eye

seeing her bubbling joy in print
witnessing it first hand

the joy in putting 'feet to prayers'
my joy in putting 'feet to prayers'

smiling about a good dog

this found at the dollar spot (Target)
the way something so simple assists in the order of our week

'Cheesey' (boy love's mouse) in a cardboard car

and as always, i am thankful that you took the time to stop here & share in His gifts to me

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! 1 John 3:1a

  1. Hi there,
Visiting from Ann's place, so glad I came by and "met" you. It's really hot here in Kentucky, wish I could jump into that pool! :)

    Blessings to you,
    Kristin

  2. Look at those great pics of such favorite people of mine! And finally to lay eyes on your sweet Theresa! Loveliness, just as you described her.

You know what I wish? I wish I could sit under that table at you and look at those creatures.... I wish we could watch them change together.
For now, I am grateful for cameras and internet and blogs and a lady in Canada who came up with this really cool idea...

Counting down the days my friend to when we will break bread together...

    Love you much,
    Kara
